Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Quack Speed ("the game"), published by How To Helsinki Oy (Business ID: 2710774-8), operating as Reilu Labs ("we", "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the game, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. License Grant
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use Quack Speed on your personal iOS device for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This license does not allow you to:
- Distribute, sublicense, or make the game available to third parties
- Copy, modify, or create derivative works based on the game
- Use the game for any commercial purpose
2. In-App Purchases
Quack Speed offers an optional "Wingman" subscription tier and other in-app purchases. All purchases are processed through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions. Refund requests must be directed to Apple, as we do not process payments directly. Prices are displayed in the App Store and may vary by region.
3. User Conduct
When using Quack Speed, you agree not to:
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the game
- Manipulate, hack, or exploit leaderboards, scores, or game mechanics
- Use cheats, automation software, bots, or any unauthorized third-party tools
- Interfere with or disrupt the game's services or servers
- Impersonate other players or misrepresent your identity on Game Center
Violation of these terms may result in suspension or removal of access to the game and its online features.
4. Intellectual Property
All content in Quack Speed — including but not limited to graphics, artwork, characters, animations, sounds, music, game design, text, and code — is the intellectual property of How To Helsinki Oy / Reilu Labs and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or display any game content without prior written permission.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
Quack Speed is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the game will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Quack Speed and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:
- Your use of or inability to use the game
- Any unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
- Any third-party content or conduct within the game
7. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to Quack Speed at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to other users or us.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the game after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Finland, without regard to conflict of law principles.
